Textile Conveyor Belts – Delivery Of Belts, Delivery And Replacement Of Belts And Rubberization Of Drive Shafts – Framework Agreement Ii / 2024. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Establish General Conditions Regarding The Delivery Of Brand New Rubber Belts, The Delivery And Replacement Of Rubber Belts (Disassembly Of Worn-Out Belts On The Ordering Partys Machines And Installation Of Brand New Rubber Belts In Their Place), As Well As The Production Of Tires (Regeneration) Of Drive Shafts For Machines And Devices Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities, I.E.: - Plant/Installation Of Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Bełchatów, Ul. Przemysłowa 14 I 16, 97-400 Bełchatów, - Plant/Installation Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Julkowo, Commune Skierniewice, 96-116 Dębowa Góra, - Plant/Installation Of Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Dylów A, Commune Pajęczno, 98-330 Dylów A, - Plant/Installation Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Gotartów, Commune Kluczbork, Gotartów 44A, 46-200 Kluczbork. 2. The Order Includes The Delivery Of Smooth Tapes, Sliding Tapes, Threshold Tapes And Special Tapes, As Well As The Delivery And Replacement Of Smooth Tapes, Sliding Tapes, Threshold Tapes And Special Tapes, As Well As Rubberizing (Regeneration) Of Drive Shafts. 3. The Quantities And Types Of Rubber Belts And Drive Shafts Planned To Be Ordered Are Indicated In Annex No. 5 To The Framework Agreement. The Indicated Quantities Of Belts To Be Ordered And The Number Of Drive Shafts To Be Used For Regeneration Tires Are Estimates. 4. During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Will Submit Individual Orders To The Contractor (Detailed Order), Depending On Its Current Needs, For The Delivery Of Belts And/Or The Delivery And Replacement Of Belts And/Or The Production Of Tires (Regeneration) Of Drive Shafts. 5. The Detailed Order Referred To In Point 4 May Concern Various Types Of Belts And/Or Various Types Of Drive Shafts Located In One Or Several Facilities Listed In § 2 Of The Framework Agreement. 6. Depending On The Demand, The Ordering Party Will Submit Individual Orders To The Contractor (Detailed Order), Which Will Concern: - Delivery Of Rubber Tapes/S, Or - Delivery And Replacement Of Rubber Tapes/S, Or - Tires (Regeneration) Of Drive Shafts , Or - Delivery Of Rubber Tapes/S And Tires (Regeneration) Of Drive Shafts, Or - Delivery And Replacement Of Rubber Tapes/S And Tires (Regeneration) Of Drive Shafts. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Appendices To The Swz, I.E.: - Drawings Of Threshold And Special Tapes - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz And The Framework Agreement, - List Of Tapes - Appendix No. 3 To The Swz And No. 5 To The Framework Agreement.
