The Object Of The Public Procurement Contract That Is To Be Awarded Is The Supply Of A Number Of 5 Electric Minibuses 16+1 Seats, Related To The Project Equipping Electric Minibuses For Students Of Pre-University Education Units That Operate In The Eligible Localities Within Constanța County . Financing Contract No. 11995/12.09.2023, Between The Ministry Of Education, As Coordinator Of Reforms And/Or Investments, Responsible For Component C15 – Education Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Pnrr) And Constanța County Council, As Beneficiary Additional Act No. 1 And Additional Act No. 2 To Financing Contract No. 11995/12.09.2024 (The Funding Request Will Be Amended By Increasing The Number Of 16+1 Electric Minibuses From 25 To 30) The Project Implementation Period Begins On The Date Mentioned In Paragraph (2) Of This Article And Ends On 30.09.2025 At The Latest. Through The National Recovery And Resilience Plan Of Romania, The Financing Line Related To Investment 10: Development Of The Network Of Green Schools And The Purchase Of Green Minibuses, The Administrative - Territorial Unit Constanța County, Through The County Council, Beneficiary Of The Call For Projects Electric Microbuses For Students , Acquires Electric Minibuses With A Capacity Of 16 + 1 Seats, For Equipping The Pre-University Education Units That Operate In The Eligible Localities Of The County. The Objective Of This Project Is To Improve The Transport Conditions For Students, By Providing Green (Electric), Ecological, Environmentally Friendly School Minibuses With Low Energy Consumption, Thus Facilitating The Access Of Children And Young People To Education, By Protecting The Environment At The Same Time Time. Through The Project, We Want To Create A Modern School Infrastructure By Purchasing Electric Minibuses For Students At The Level Of Pre-University Education Units Operating In The Eligible Localities Within Constanța County. Given That Rural Schools Are Less Accessible And Have Few Transport Options, And Urban Schools Have Enrolled Students Who Do Not Live Near The Educational Units, Traveling Long Distances To School, Through This Project, The County Council Constanța Will Aim To Improve Transport Conditions By Purchasing Green School Minibuses. In This Sense, The Project Creates Premises For Ensuring Equal Opportunities For All Students And Children At The County Level, Thus Aiming To Ensure The Means Of Travel For Students, Facilitating Their Access To Quality Education, While Protecting The Environment, At The Same Time. An Important Component Of Environmental Education Is The Provision Of Mobility Through Electric Minibuses, Friendly To The Environment And With Low Energy Consumption, Providing Means Of Travel
