Fruit, Vegetables And Related Products - Delivery Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables For The Needs Of The Kindergarten Red Riding Hood, City Of Plovdiv. I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Food Products - Fresh Fruits And Vegetables For The Needs Of The Red Riding Hood Dg, Plovdiv. The Supplies Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement Are Described In The Technical Specifications - Part Ii, Attached To The Participation Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Covers Periodic Deliveries Of Food Products - Fresh Fruits And Vegetables In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Samples Of Technical And Price Proposals - An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Execution Of All Deliveries On The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out After A Prior Request From The Director Of The Kindergarten Or An Official Designated By Him. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor. The Main Objectives Of The Order Are: 1. Provision Of Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food For The Children Visiting The Childrens Institution; 2. Ensuring A Correct Feeding Regime For Children, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Health Act And The Normative Acts On Its Implementation; 3. Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Children Are Fed; 4. Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. Ii. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes Deliveries Of Organic Food Products From The Relevant Product Group, Which Should Have Been Produced According To The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 Regarding Organic Production And The Labeling Of Biological Products And For The Repeal Of Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Of The Council (Oj, L 150 Of 14.06.2018 D.) (Regulation (Eu) 2018/848) And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2018 On The Implementation Of The Rules Of Organic Production, Labeling And Control And On The Issuance Of A Permit For Control Activities For Compliance With The Rules Of Organic Production, As Well As For Subsequent Official Supervision Of The Controlling Persons (Sg, No. 75 Of 2018). The Organic Foods Offered In The Childrens Facilities Must Be Produced, Processed And/Or Distributed By Persons Entered In The Register Under Art. 16A, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On The Implementation Of The General Organization Of The Markets Of Agricultural Products Of The European Union. Iii. The Term Of Validity Of The Public Procurement Contract For The Supply Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Calendar Months, Starting From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force Or Until The Value Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Exhausted, Whichever Of The Two Conditions Occurred Earlier. When The Validity Period Of The Public Procurement Contract Expires, But Its Value Is Not Exhausted And If There Are Funds Under The Contract, The Term Of The Same Can Be Extended Until Its Value Is Exhausted, But Not More Than 3 (Three) Calendar Months, In The Presence Of Agreement Between The Employer And The Contractor For The Application
