The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Promotional Gadgets For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Electrical Engineering And Automation Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete And Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Workmanship And Functionality, Free From Material And Construction Defects, Have The Required Certificates And Certificates Authorizing Trading And Not Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties. 4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party And Its Insurance Until It Is Collected By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations. 5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty Period For The Delivered Promotional Gadgets Of No Less Than 12 Months. 6. If The Contractor Offers A Shorter Warranty Period Than That Indicated In Point 5 Of This Chapter, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 7. Codes According To The Classification Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 22462000-6 (Advertising Materials), 39294100-0 (Information And Promotional Articles). 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 10. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 11. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.
