In Particular, The Physical Object Of The Contract Includes The Following: 1.1 Analysis Of The Current Situation And The Environment Of The Gdde (Purpose, Organization & Operation, Regulation Of Controls And Investigations, Information Systems) And The Corresponding European Experience/Good Practices And Provision Of Proposals For Implementation (Transfer Know-How). Particular Emphasis Will Be Placed On The Results Of The Integrated Information System For The Management Of Financial Controls. 1.2 Drafting Of New And/Or Revised Regulations, Methodologies, Guides, Etc. Control And Organization Of The Gdde. 1.3 Development Of Performance Indicators For The Supervised Entities, In Terms Of The Management Of Government Expenditures. 1.4 Application Study For The Development Of An Information System With Indicative Functions/Subsystems: Identifying Sources For Data Collection, Managing Access To Sources, Data Transformation, Creating A Database, Normalizing And Transforming Data, Recognizing Patterns And Identifying Cases With Machine Learning Methods, Creating Dashboards For Monitoring The Control Project, Creating Rule Definitions That Will Become Trigger Alerts For Control And Pilot Application. 1.5 Information System Development Tasks With Indicative Functions/Subsystems: Identification Of Sources For Data Collection, Management Of Access To Sources, Data Transformation, Database Creation, Normalization And Transformation Of Data, Pattern Recognition And Case Detection With Machine Learning Methods, Creation Of Dashboards For Monitoring The Control Project, Creating A Definition Of Rules That Will Become Trigger Alerts For Control And Pilot Application. 1.6 Installation And Commissioning Of The Information System In Pilot And Production Mode.
