Photogrammetry Services – Production Of Historical And Recent Cartographic Backgrounds (Orthoimages) Throughout The Country To Control Arbitrary Construction. The Object Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Production Of Cartographic Backgrounds (Orthoimages) From Very High Resolution Satellite Images For The Entire Country, Which Will Be Used As A Reference Point For The Control And Monitoring Of Arbitrary Construction By The Ministry Of Environment And Energy. The Set Date Of 28/7/2011 (As Was Also The Case In The Previous Laws Regulating Arbitrary Constructions/Change Of Use) Constitutes The Dividing Line Of Arbitrary Actions That Can Be Subject To Law 4495/2017 Control And Protection Of The Built Environment And Other Provisions. In Particular, The Provisions Of Law 4495/2017 Cover Arbitrary Constructions That The Carrying Organization Has Carried Out Before 28/7/2011 As Well As Arbitrary Changes Of Use That Have Been Carried Out Before The Above Date. In Addition To The Use Of Arbitrary Building Control, A Recent Cartographic Background Of Pan-Hellenic Coverage Will Be Created From Corresponding Satellite Images Of Very High Resolution That Will Refer To The Years 2024 And/Or 2025, Which Will Be Particularly Useful In The Context Of N. 5106/2024 (A 63): Arrangements To Address The Multi-Level Impacts Of Climate Change In The Areas Of: A) Water Management, B) Forest Management And Protection, C) Urban Resilience And Policy, D) Combating Of Arbitrary Construction, E) Energy Security And Other Urgent Provisions.
