Diesel Fuel (En 590) – Diesel Fuel Eurodiesel Bs. Diesel Fuel Eurodiesel Bs The Bidder Undertakes To Provide Transportation With Appropriate Own Means Or Vehicles Of Contracted Carriers That Meet The Prescribed Technical Conditions For Transportation Of The Procurement Item To The Delivery Address. The Price Of The Offer Must Include The Delivery Of The Goods And The Unloading Of The Goods From The Suppliers Means Of Transport To The Specified Destination Of The Client. The Bidder Undertakes To Deliver The Goods Exclusively To A Tank Truck With A Built-In Measuring System On The Vehicle. The Measuring System Must Be Validly Certified By The State Bureau Of Metrology And Properly Sealed. Fuel Is Dispensed Via The Volume Meter On The Tank Truck, And The Amount Dispensed Will Be Controlled By The Client Using A Measuring Rod In The Presence Of The Tanker Driver And The Commission For Receiving Fuel. Before Delivering The Fuel, The Customers Warehouseman, In The Presence Of The Driver And The Commission For Receiving Fuel, Performs A Quality Check Of The Delivered Fuel. The Check Is Performed By Sampling And Determining The Temperature, Density Reduced To 15°C And The Possible Presence Of Water In The Fuel. The Established Quality Of The Delivered Fuel Is Compared With The Data Declared In The Documents And May Deviate In Accordance With The State Norms For That Type Of Fuel. The Customer Pays For The Amount Of Eurodiesel Bs Reduced To 15°C, Determined By The Built-In Volume Meter On The Tank Truck After Unloading, And Is Controlled With The Amount Of Fuel Measured With A Dipstick, With A Permissible Deviation That Can Be A Maximum Of +/-0.1%. In The Event That A Shortage Of Fuel Beyond The Permitted Deviation Is Determined, The Bidder Is Charged On The Basis Of The Complaint Record, In The Event That An Excess Outside The Permitted Deviation Is Determined, The Same Is Approved To The Bidder For The Higher Delivered Amount Of Fuel. The Delivery Of Eurodiesel Bs Is Considered Completed At The Moment When The Authorized Representatives Of The Client And The Supplier Confirm The Receipt Of Eurodiesel Bs In The Quantity And Quality Entered On The Record Of Taking Fuel.
