The List Of Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In Annex No. 7 To The Terms Of Reference. The Attachment Was Prepared Based On The Needs Reported By Individual Branches Of The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Will Make Deliveries Within Two Business Days Following The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. The Order Will Always Be Submitted To The Contractor Via E-Mail. Whenever In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Characterizes The Product Range By Providing The Name Of The Manufacturer, Standard Or Description Of A Specific Solution, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Contractor May Propose Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Annex No. 7 To The Specification. In The Assortment Form, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Whether He Offers An Equivalent Assortment. When Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Evidence Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Product Range, E.G. A Catalog Card, Technical Description, Leaflet Of The Offered Product Range. Products With The Same Or Better Parameters Than Those Specified In Annex 7 To Swz.6 Will Be Considered Equivalent. The Ordering Party Described The Assortment In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Features That Are Important To It From The Point Of View Of The Use Of The Given Assortment. Failure To Specify Features Other Than Those Indicated Means That The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In This Respect (Kio Judgment 2358/21). 7. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Collection Of Waste Electrical Products Intended For Recycling Or Disposal During The Contract Period. The Cost Of Collection, Recycling Or Disposal Should Be Included In The Offer By The Contractor. 8. Transport Of The Subject Of The Order To The Place Of Delivery Will Be At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. 9. All Ordered Goods Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Of Good Quality, Have Instructions For Use In Polish And, If Required By Applicable Legal Provisions, Must Have Declarations Of
