Tenders are invited for Construction of Proposed Seven Storey Residential Building for Sri Lanka Railways, Kandy. The proposed building consists of construction of approximately 7,500 m^ floor area reinforced concrete seven storied building (including Basement Floor) on raft foundation which involves concrete works, masonry works, structural steel works, water proofing works, roofing, floor, wall & ceiling finishes, painting, landscaping works, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ICT services to accommodate relocated accommodation facilities of Sri Lanka Railways. Tender Fees: LKR 100000/- Non refundable. Bid Security: LKR 21000000/- Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 hrs on 16th January, 2025 in the Project Directors Office, KMTTDP, RDA, Embilmeegama, Pilimathalawa and a site visit condticted by the Employer will be organized after the Pre-Bid Meeting.
