The Project Aims At The Adoption Of Modern Digital Capabilities, The Utilization Of New It And Communications Technologies And The Integrated And Full Digital Management Of The Material And Operations Of The Civil Aviation Authority (Caa), Both At Home And Abroad Its Operating Environment. In Particular, The Scope Of The Project Is: A) The Supply And Installation Of Specialized Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Software, Which Will Enable The Most Efficient Management Of Services And Operations Related To The A.P.A. And Will Strengthen The Transparency Of The Administrative Functions, Both For The A.A.P.A. A.A.P.A., With The Aim Of Their Utilization By The New Information Systems That Will Contribute To The Modernization Of The Internal Organization And Operation Of A.P.A.A. And In Simplifying And Speeding Up Procedures And Providing Advanced Electronic Services To Public And Private Sector Organizations. The Project Will Additionally Offer: • File Categorization Services • File Registration Services • Metadata Registration Services (Beyond The Three Metadata) • Digital File Management Services That Have Been Digitized, Such As, For Example, Separation Of Digital Documents, Automatic Indexing Of Documents, Extraction Of Data From Documents.
