Port Operation Services – Le Grand Port Has Decided To Initiate A Consultation Procedure With A View To Awarding A Service Concession Within The Meaning Of Articles L. 1121-1 And L. 1121-3 (First Two Paragraphs) Of The Public Procurement Code, Relating To On The Organization, Operation, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Fos Multibulk Terminal, As Well As The Making Of The Investments Necessary For This Purpose. The Contract Covers The Complete Operation Of The Fos Multibulk Terminal, Its Organization, As Well As The Acquisition, Construction, Upkeep And Maintenance Of Investments, Facilities, Equipment And Tools Necessary For The Operators Activity, According To The Distribution Provided For In The Consultation Documents. . On The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, The Terminal Made Available Represents At Least An Area Of Approximately 31.1 Hectares, And Contains 2 Berths With A Length Of 604 Meters (853 And 852), With An Admissible Draft Of 12. 50 To 16.70 Meters. (“Option A”). An Additional Surface Area Of Approximately 11.3 Hectares With Also An Additional Berth Of 276 Linear Meters (851) And A Barge Berth With A Length Of 150 Linear Meters (850) With A Maximum Allowable Draft Of 3.50 Meters, May Also Be Made Available To The Operator From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract Or After This Entry Into Force, Thus Bringing The Surface Area Of The Terminal To 42.4 Hectares (“Option B”). The Draft Contract Specifies Under What Conditions Option A And Option B Are Implemented. Furthermore, The Draft Contract Provides, Within The Framework Of A Review Clause, That A Separate Additional Zone May Also Be Made Available To The Operator, After The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract And Provided That Option B Has Been Activated. To Expand The Terminal To 66.5 Hectares
