The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Rechargeable Batteries (Accumulators), Detailed In The Table Included In The Technical Specification, Which Is Part Of The Documentation, In The Following Estimated Quantities For The Entire Term Of The Contract: Evr-Extreme Vibration Resistant: Battery 12V 230Ah – 200 No.; Battery 12V 75Ah – 5 Pcs.; Battery 12V 60Ah – 5 Pcs.; Battery 12V 45Ah – 5 Pcs.; Battery 12V 145Ah – 5 Pcs.; Battery 12V 110Ah – 120 Pcs.; Battery 12V 100Ah – 5 Pcs. As Of The Opening Date Of This Public Procurement, The Quantities And Volume Of Each Type Of Rechargeable Batteries (Accumulators) Are Indicative, But Close To Them. The Quantities Thus Indicated Are Not Binding On The Employer. The Order Will Be Carried Out By Purchase, Upon Prior Written Request By The Contracting Party, For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract With The Contractor Selected. The Relevant Types Of Rechargeable Batteries (Accumulators) Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Are Included In The Scope Of This Procedure, Are Necessary To Maintain The Technical Condition Of The Available Vehicle Fleet Owned By The Contractor. Deliveries Will Be Made Under The Terms Of The Concluded Contract, According To The Requested Types Of Rechargeable Batteries (Accumulators), Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Quantities For Each Request Are Determined By The Contractor According To His Needs. The Contracting Party Does Not Obligatorily Undertake To Request From Each Of The Specified Accumulators In The Technical Specification. The Current Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop And Under The Conditions Of Art. 61, Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of Ppzop, Item Is In Reverse Order
