The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Modification Of Workshops, A Kitchen, A Multimedia Classroom And A Polytechnic Classroom In The School Building, As Well As The Supply Of Audiovisual Equipment. The Contracting Authority Informs That This Public Order Is Divided Into 2 Parts, Namely: 1) Part Of The Public Contract: Construction Work 2) Part Of The Public Contract: Avt 1. Part Of The Public Contract: Construction Work: The Subject Of Part 1 Of This Public Contract Is Construction Work Or Modifications To Workshops, Kitchens, Multimedia Classrooms And Polytechnic Classrooms. The Scope Of Individual Modifications Or Construction Work In The Schools Classrooms Is Detailed In Point 4 And In Appendix No. 5 Procurement Documentation. In Part 1 Of This Public Contract, The Selected Participant Will Have Arranged Liability Insurance For Damage Caused By The Contracting Authority Or A Third Party In The Performance Of Its Activities In The Amount Of Min. 2,000,000 Czk. The Selected Participant Is Obliged To Hand Over Proof Of This Insurance To The Contracting Authority At The Latest When Signing The Purchase Contract. If The Selected Participant Does Not Provide Cooperation To The Contracting Authority According To The Previous Sentence, The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Enter Into A Contract With It Within The Framework Of This Public Contract. The Contracting Authority Points Out That Construction Work Must Be Carried Out As The Chronologically First Part Of The Public Contract. 2. Supply Of Audiovisual Equipment: The Subject Of Part 2 Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of Audiovisual Equipment To The Classrooms Of The School Building.
