P-47 (IIT BRANCH) HQ 2C UNDER GE (NORTH) AMBALA CANTT-- 1 SCHEDULE A PART I (B/R WORKS)M & L for taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debries to distance n exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of bricks or concrete wallsin CM 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement on brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L15 mm thick cement plaster on other then fair faces of brick works in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement on brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and fixing in replacement of GI OREO Metal Suspended ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using Gi slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of Gl sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&F in replacement 5-8mm thick solid/ hollow profile designer PVC panelling with panel of width 250mm to 300mm fixed to wall/ceiling with screw and rawl plug including PVC fillets& beading (U.L section) wherever required as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. 6 Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided forincluding removal of debries to distance n exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material and labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub floor, sub bases complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered of wall surfaces, cornices etc. and applyingtwo coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed. 10 Complete removing of existing of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un- plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 1 mm thick putty prepared surfaces of the walls pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and directed. 11 Complete removing of existing old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un plastered surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement base paint on the walls pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered of wall surfaces and applyingtwo coats of cement base paintover a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. 13 Demolition of mud in roof any thickness whether full thickness removed or part thereof including plaster & leaping including removal of debries to distance n exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sq. metre complete, all as specified and directed. 15 M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, padding or filling roof depressions etc. complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for roof treatment on roof for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25°C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 75mm at the at the side and 100mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture"s instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under :-(i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C at 650/450 N/5 cms.(ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150°C when tested in accordance with ASTM (d- 5147). (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only.Note: The contractor will carry out ponding test after application of APP treatment before claiming payment. 17 Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs, and cut and polished with grey cement no pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and not exc 2 sq. m each and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Supply and fixing for aluminium alloy anodized (powder-coated) door frame and shutters with hollow aluminium anodized sections as specified including aluminium alloy anodized snap type beads, dish type door handles, glazed clip joint cleats, rubber gasket, dead lock 4 levers, two numbers of aluminium alloy anodized tower bolts to each leaf etc. including fixing frame to wall/RCC members with rawl plugs complete. Sections of doors shall be aluminium hollow sections as follows - (a) Door Frame single groove 101.6mmx44.45mmx2 15mm thick(b) Shutter top 47.62mmx44 45mmx1.95mm thick(c) Shutter bottom 114.30mmx44 45mmx2 15mm thick(d) Shutter vertical 85mmx44 45mmx1.80mm thick(e) Shutter middle 83.5mmx44.45mmx2.40mm thick (f) Gauging clip weighing not less than 0.097kg/metreNote:Glass pane shall be measured and paid separately. 20 Supply and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board , interior grade prelaminated both side with decorative choice laminations &fixed with aluminium frame work or screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed. 21 S&Fof 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, frosted on one side, in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, fixed with aluminium beading complete all as specified and directed. 22 S & F double action floor spring, hydraulically regulated, made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Supply and fixing in replacement of 110mm dia uPVC soil, waste, drain pipe, type ‘B’, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length, with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985. 24 S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified and directed 25 SCHEDULE A PART II (E/M WORKS)Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, lamp holders, bell push bell with all accessories etc., and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLS-H, 1100 volts, ISI marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through and including non metallic, medium grade PVC concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia and its fittings, including cutting chasing on wall/ceiling, including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes, ISI marked, including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathedFRLS-H cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dollywith and including MS flush boxes of 2 to 18 modules with inner and outer cover plates, confirming to IS 5139 of 1969 and IS 14772 of 2000 for fixing modular switch sockets for one light point (light point//fan point/bell point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.Notes :- (i) Switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, bell, bell push and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately. The quoted rates are deemed to be included for providing cover plates and MS flush boxes as required at site.(ii) PVC Conduit conforming to IS 9537 part I & III. (iv) The concealed conduits and MS boxes as fixed against new point wiring, shall be verified by JE/Engineer-in-Charge before making good the surfaces by plastering and other finishes. 27 Description all as per Srl item No.26.00 here in before but for one 3 pin socket outletpoint 6 Amp on Independent board. 28 Description all as per Srl item No. 26.00 here in before but for one 3 pin socket outlet point 6 Amp on same board. 29 M & L for concealed point wiring complete with 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathedcable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit,medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with accessories fixed concealed/surface type on wall/ roof/ ceiling and including provision of 2.50 sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth conitnuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size lugs, including mild steels sunken box or pressed steel terminal box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-1) of 1969 and IS:14772:2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coat of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally with and including (provision of new) modular covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches, socket outlets., fan regulators etc with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for :-Note:-1 Modular metal flush / sunken box, and for modular switch/ socket cover plate & sheet are inclusive in the item rate quoted.2. Cat part No.811882 of make Indo Asian or equivalentin make given in Appx "B". 50 Material and labour in replacement for earthing material and provision of new earthing complete copper plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 3.15mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m belowground level with top edge of the earthplate not less than 1.5m belownormal groundlevel, connected to 20x3 mm copper strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 32mm dia (medium grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 32mm GIprotection pipe, funnel, wire mesh,cast iron cover andframe etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion.Notes : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire wesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way.(ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2 ohm the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. 51 Supply and laying of LT underground cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core and laying in trenches including disconnecting andtaking down of old unserviceable existing cable and removal complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. 52 Supply and laying of LT underground cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 2 core and laying in trenches including disconnecting andtaking down of old unserviceable existing cable and removal complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. 53 Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation etc. or for laying of cables/pipes, erecting poles etc. and not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and getting out complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 54 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in trenchescomplete as in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 55 Removingsurplussoil/ excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 56 Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B", old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. 57 Material and labourfor Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cmsdeep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes. 58 Supply and fixing of light grade, GI tubing, of size32mm bore, for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed. 59 Supply and fixing in replacement of4 inch 8mm thick PVC electrical casing caping for enclosing communication cable on wall complete all as specified and directed. 60 Note:-Amount of credit ofRs. 9318.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
