Long . 4 iii) 1.5 m long . 5 iv). 50 mm dia Top and bottom adopter(M.S) 6 v) 50x65 mm reducing socket (G.I) 7 vi) 200 mm ASTMD 1785Sc-80 PVC pipe 8 Supply and delivery of the following materials:- 9 a) 80x50 R/Socket(G.I) 10 b) 80 mm dia equal tee GI 11 c) 80 mm Ф medium duty GI flange. 12 d). 80mm dia steel plug 13 e) 80 mm dia GI short piece 200 mm long 14 f) MS febricated split type tubewell cover for 250 mm dia casing pipe. 15 g)M.S. suspension clamp with necessary nuts, bolts & washer etc suitable tor 80mm dia pipe (Size-350 mm x 50 mm x 8 mm each) 16 h) Safety device for the above pump set by suitable M.S. cage with clamping arrangement and nylon rope as per required length including supplying nuts, bolts and other necessary materials as per direction of E.I.C. 17 a) Supply and delivery of the following cable and electrical materials:- 18 b) 1.1kv grade 2.5 sq mm 3 core pvc insulated copper Submersible cable. 19 c) Supply and delivery at site 1.1 KV ,10 sq mm 3 core Al. Ar .Cable conforming toIS‐7098 (Part 1) 2011. 20 d) 415v DOL motor starter relay range 9-14 coil voltage 360V in SS enclosure with Auto start/manual mode and over load protection.(make BCH or similar type) 21 e) Supply and delivery of M.S fabricated kenopy type top cable jointing box inside fitted3 nos 63 Amp rated bus bar and hingage type front door and painted powder coated anticorrosive paint as per IP 55 as per direction 22 Withdrawing of the exsiting damaged submersible pump and motor set along with column pipe after disconnection of pipe line and power line by help of derrick arrangement of the manual labour complete the job as per direction of EIC. 23 Installation of theof the suppliedsubmersible pump and motor set and fittingsofitem no 1,2 &3 in the tubewell by supplying all necessary materials and power line connection as per direction of EIC. 24 Installation of kiosk box by grouting legs in PCC (1:3:6) foundation size 900x500 mm depth 450 mm below ground level and 300mm above ground andproviding cable entry and out position and neat cement finish as per direction. 25 Laying of Al. Ar. Cable in underground trench 1 mtr depth without brick protection and ramming dressing of shifted soil as per IS from Switch roomto tubewell. 26 Add: 18% GST 27 Add: 1% Cess
