A Draft Was Drawn Up By The Client And The Associated Building Permit Was Obtained. This Tender Defines A Service Program For Demolition, Shoring And Earth Excavation, Which Forms The Basis For A Technical, Economical, Functional Solution To The Construction Task. The Aim Is To Conclude A Flat-Rate Contract To Carry Out The Demolition, Shoring And Excavation Services. The Construction Time Is Specified As A Maximum Of 270 Working Days.
