The Goal Is To Select A Contractor With A Qualified Team To Perform The Activities Subject To This Public Procurement, Taking Into Account All Normative Requirements And Requirements Of Pos 2021-2027. The Public Procurement Will Be Financed Through A Grant Provided By The Managing Authority Of The Environment Program 2021-2027. For The Implementation Of The Project Individual Concept With A Project Idea To Reduce Secondary Dusting, By Applying Green Measures, On The Territory Of The City Of Shumen. The Project Will Be Financed Under Priority 5 Air Of The Program Environment 2021-2027. Under The Green Measures In Urban Environment Procedure. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Main Sequential Actions On The Part Of The Contractor: 1. Selection Of Suitable Terrains/Sites For Investments, With The Aim Of Reducing Secondary Dusting Through Landscaping Measures In An Urban Environment. 2. Preparation Of An Analysis Of The Valuation Of The Project Activities; 3. Preparation Of Consolidated Documentation To Prove Climate Resistance 4. Providing Assistance To The Contracting Authority During The Evaluation Of The Project Proposal In The Presence Of Comments/Questions From The Expert Working Group For Evaluation. For The Performance Of The Specified Services, The Selected Contractor Should Provide Four Experts: 1. Ke1 - Team Leader, 2. Ke2 - Expert Geographic Information Systems 3. Ke3 - Expert Atmospheric Air Quality 4. Ke4 - Expert Valuation Of Project Activities. The Detailed Description Of The Requirements For The Participants Is Described In The Technical Specifications.
