Measuring Instruments – Replacement Of Hydrographic Surveying Equipment On M/K Bulris. In Order To Achieve The Purpose Of The Public Procurement, The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities Is Foreseen, Which Form The Scope Of The Public Procurement: • Activity 1: Delivery Of New Equipment And Specialized Software; • Activity 2: Dismantling The Existing Equipment; • Activity 3: Installation Of The New Equipment; • Activity 4: Calibration; • Activity 5: Testing And Acceptance; • Activity 6: Training. 1. Delivery Of New Equipment And Specialized Software The Contractor Must Deliver Factory New Equipment And Software, Forming A Complete System For Hydrographic Surveys With The Accompanying Functional Modules, Wiring And Licenses Included. The Contractor Must Provide A Detailed Description Of The Equipment And Software Parameters Included In His Technical Proposal, According To The Minimum Technical Requirements For Hardware And Software Specified In Item 4. The Delivery Period Must Not Exceed 4 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 2. Dismantling Of The Existing Equipment The Contractor Must Carry Out All The Dismantling Of The Existing Old Equipment And Wiring Of The Bulris M/C, Handing It Over To The Employer In A Form Suitable For Transportation And Storage (After Prior Arrangement). The Activity Of Dismantling The Equipment From The Bulris M/C Will Be Carried Out At The Dppi Dock At The Address: Ruse, St. Port 20A. 3. Installation Of The New Equipment The Installation Of The Delivered Equipment Must Be Carried Out On Board The M/C Bulris At The Address: C. Ruse, St. Port 20A. If There Is A Need To Carry Out Corrections To The Transponder Grip, M/C Bulris Will Be Raised On A Stilt At A Suitable Port In The Area Of The City. Ruse. Two Workplaces Have Been Allocated - To Install 1 (One) Monitor At The Workplace Of The Captain Of M/K Buris. Three Monitors At The Second Workstation, Of Which Two Monitors Are For Visualization And Control Of The Multibeam Sonar Software And Data Acquisition Software, And The Third Is Duplicated With The Monitor At The Captains Workstation. When Performing All Hardware And Software Installation Activities, The Contractor Shall Foresee And Provide All Necessary Interface And Power Cables, Cable Routes, Cable Ducts, Openings For The Passage Of All Types Of Cables Through The Various Sections Of The Bulris M/C. All Cable Runs, Connections, Devices And Connectors To Be Reinforced And Labeled. 4. Calibration The Contractor Must Calibrate The Equipment And Software Installed On The Bulris M/C. Calibration Should Be Performed For The Transponder Rotation Positions Of The Multibeam Echo Sounder: +20 °, +10 °, 0 °, -10 °, -20 ° About The Horizontal Plane, And The Calibration Data Shall Be Provided With A Protocol. The Calibration Should Be Carried Out At A Sufficient Level Of The Danube River To Guarantee The Accurate Calibration. If Necessary, To Change The Structure For Fixing The Transponder Of The Multibeam Echo Sounder. 5. Testing And Acceptance The Testing Of The Installed And Calibrated Equipment Is Complete
