The Execution Of The Contract Covers The Following Main Activities, Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I: Construction - Discovery Of A Construction Site And Determination Of Construction Line And Level. - Creation And Delivery Of Working Drawings And Details Based On The Technical Project Of The Contracting Authority, According To Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And The Applicable European And Bulgarian Regulations. -Performance Of The Construction And Assembly Works Provided For In The Project For The Modernization Of The Yambol-Zimnitsa Railway Section At Zavoy Station, Delivery And Installation Of The Provided Equipment And Materials And Conduct Of Functional Tests And 72-Hour Tests In Operational Conditions; -Preparation And Submission Of Evidence To Obtain An Interoperability Certificate. -Elaboration Of Executive Documentation. Stage Ii: Preparation And Submission Of The Necessary Documents For Obtaining A Use Permit From Dnsk In Accordance With The Zut And Of Evidence For Obtaining A Certificate For Operational Compatibility - Preparation Of The Necessary Documents For Obtaining A Use Permit From Dnsk In Accordance With The Zut; - Submission Of Additional Documentation To Prove The Compliance Of The Structural Subsystems With The Interoperability Requirements, In Connection With Obtaining An Interoperability Certificate.
