The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Engineering - Design (Complex Project-Pup-Pp And Technical Project), Construction And Authors Supervision Of The Site Reconstruction Of The Sewerage Network And Leading Collectors To The Botevgrad Wwtp The Subject Of The Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Review And Analysis Of The Available Source Data And Information; Creation Of A Complex Project For An Investment Initiative Under Art. 150 Of The Zut, Consisting Of The Following Components: Preparation Of A Project For A Detailed Layout Plan - Plot Plan And Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For The Site Reconstruction Of The Sewerage Network And Leading Collectors To The Botevgrad Wwtp; Assistance In The Coordination Of The Complex Project For An Investment Initiative With The Relevant Competent Administrations, Interested Institutions, Operating Companies And Third Parties According To The Applicable Regulations; Receiving All Necessary Permits In Connection With The Execution Of The Construction; Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Approved Investment Project; Carrying Out Authors Supervision Under The Zut, In T.C. Providing, If Necessary, Technical Solutions, Additions And/Or Amendments To The Project And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of The Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry; Handover Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority With A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction Annex No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Participation In Putting The Object Into Operation With A Protocol For Establishing The Fitness For Use Of The Construction Annex No. 16 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003; Fulfillment Of Obligations Related To Ensuring The Normal Functioning And Use Of The Completed Construction Site And Removal Of Hidden Defects After Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Site Within The Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works And Facilities According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003. For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. The Planned Investment Measures Include: Reconstruction Of The Inlet Collector From The Botevgrad Agglomeration - The Section After The Last Spillway Is Compromised, The Flow Becomes Open, Passes Through The Old Wwtp And Is Included In The Newly Built Inlet Collector. In This Regard, The Planned Investment Measures Cover The Reconstruction Of The Upstream Collector With A Section Length Of 401M; Section-Length Outflow Channel Reconstruction
