The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Engineering - Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of The Site Construction And Commissioning Of The Ihtiman Wwtp With Supply Infrastructure And Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Review And Analysis Of The Available Source Data And Information; Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For The Site Construction And Commissioning Of The Ihtiman Wwtp With Supply Infrastructure; Assistance In Coordinating The Investment Project With The Relevant Competent Administrations, Interested Institutions, Operating Companies And Third Parties According To The Applicable Regulations; Obtaining All Necessary Permits In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction; Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer And The Approved Investment Project; Delivery And Installation Of Machines And Equipment For Wwtp According To The Technical Specification And The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor; Carrying Out Copyright Supervision Under Zut, Including Providing, If Necessary, Technical Solutions, Additions And/Or Changes To The Project And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; Preparing A Training Program And Conducting Training For The Personnel Who Will Be Responsible For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered And Installed Machines And Equipment To The Wwtp, As Well As To Provide Manual/S For The Operation And Maintenance Of This Equipment; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of The Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry; Handover Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority With A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction Annex No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Participation In Putting The Object Into Operation With The Protocol For Establishing The Fitness For Use Of The Construction Annex No. 16 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003; Fulfillment Of Obligations Related To Ensuring The Normal Functioning And Use Of The Completed Construction Site And Removal Of Hidden Defects After The Acceptance And Putting The Site Into Operation Within The Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works And Facilities According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003.
