Procurement Procedure The Legislation On Public Procurement Applies To The Procurement. The Tender Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Act On Public Procurement (1397/2016, Procurement Act). In The Procurement Procedure, Chapter 12 Of The Procurement Act On Special Service Procurements (Social And Health Services And Other Special Service Procurements) Is Applied. This Is A Special Statutory Service Provided By The Finnish Immigration Service. The Procurement Procedure Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders.
