Construction Work – Completion And Reconstruction Of The Building U. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Modifications To The Existing Four-Storey Building U And Additions To The Existing Building U, Which Will Bear The Designation U2. The U Building Currently Houses A Psychiatry Clinic Including Open And Closed Inpatient Units, An Acute Unit, An Outpatient Section And Clinic Facilities. The Extension Of The Four-Storey Building U2 Will Be Operationally Connected By A New Communication Vertical To The Existing Building U. After The Completion Of The Construction Work, The Existing Building U Will Be Referred To As U1 And Will Be Operationally Connected To The New Building U2.
