Tender For Solar Powered Stw Scheme In Dergaon Lac ( 3 Pts) Under Sopd_G For The Year 2024_25; 1 Supply & Lowering of Pipes, Shrouding of TW, Developing of TW , MS Clamp Pump Support (10 Points) 2 Boring of DTW ofbore hole up to 300 mm dia and up to a depth of 50 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required Tools & Plants, materials & Labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas (means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS: 2800 (part-I)of 1991. ( Soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also include movement of Rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000 M.) 3 Supply, Lowering & Installation in tube-well 150 mm PVC housing pipe/ Blind pipe of wall thickness of 6.5 mm to 8.5 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap,sockets , reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast/ Jindal/ Prince, etc. and as directed.(Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation) 4 Supply, Lowering & Installation in tube-well 150 mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 6.5 mm to 8.5 mm for casing assembly including supply of sockets , reducer, etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M/ 2.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast/ Jindal/ Prince, etc. and as directed. (Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation) 5 Shrouding of TW :- Shrouding of the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm , free from sand/ dust and any other foreign materials after screening/ stackingat site including supply, transportation, labour, etc. in complete as directed(Work to be carried out as per IS: 4097 : 2008) 6 Developing of TW :- Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8 – 12 kg/cm2 and CFM= 450 M3/Min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all requiredmaterialsat sitecomplete as directed including furnishing of litho log / draw down data, etc. as per IS:11185 of 1999. (For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra as per [4.1]The following data should be reflected in the report of development :1. Static water level2. Available average discharge. 7 Supply ,Installation and commissioning of Solar Pump along with PV Panels etc (10 Points) 8 (a) Solar Submersible Standalone Pump set with 3 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 150 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx 400 LPMat10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-30 Mtr and Shut off head 35 M) working at 3000 Wattpof solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 20(twenty) mtr. column pipe, 1(one) no. of Short pipe of 1.5 Mtr. length of required diameter, 40(forty) mtr.(approx.) Flat flexible cable (motor to controller) as per latest MNRE norms and as per IS.(b) Supply, fitting-fixing and testing & commissioningof Solar PV modules conforming to IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame of 3000 Wp (approx.) considering 7.15 kWh/ M2/ Day of solar insolation under standard test condition on horizontal surface with tolerance (+/-) 15% and hot dipped galvanized(minm 80 micron thickness) mounting mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes of dia 150 mm (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr including RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load), Controller conform to IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2, IEC 60068 – 2- (2, 14, 30, 78) ( The series and parallel combination of Solar Modules to be done in such a way that Jalverter/ Controller input voltage requirement is met i.e. System Vmp > 587 V &System Voc < 800 V) and necessary connection cables, pipes to the water trough and other accessories, etc. complete in all respect as directed(Controller to be installed with suitable arrangement on the body of the pole of mounting structure with rain proof provision. SPV panel should be of reputed make like TATA/Bikram/ Waaree etc. and carry at least 20 years warrenty & comprehensive maintenance for 1 year and should installed preferably above HFL)(c) Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl.
