A Civil works Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:6 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications. 13 PART - A Civil works Providing 6 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on concrete surface / ceilings including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.. 14 PART - (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For Fixed Portion: Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usage Charges of machinery complete as per specifications. 21 PART - A Civil works Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel/alluminum doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 5.5 mm thick glass panes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 22 PART - A Civil works Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x600mm with thickness 9-10 mm insize with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Basic rate of tiles shall not be less than Rs.650/- per Sqm(Including GST) 23 PART - A Civil works Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well asurvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slabover 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing,curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.** Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent. 24 PART - A Civil works Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick Granite stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. Complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge. 25 PART - A Civil works Embossing / Engraving the title of the project in Kannada Script and“NPCIL LOGO of standard size & shape [to suit structure] on the external plastered surface of the building by using CM 1:3 and painting the same over a Coat of exterior grade primer in contrast with wall Colour.The alphabets of the script and the logo shall be very neat clean and print like finish. The hight of the alphabets shall be 6 to 8 and logo shall be in a Square frame of 1.5 feet. The script and the logo shall be traced on the plastered surface with computer printed template cut-out to get the title very neat clean and print like finish including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste from the place of work & cleaning the work area,etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & heights. 26 PART - A Civil works Providing and painting the title of the project in Kannada Script and NPCIL LOGO using approved paint and shade on the plastered surface of the internal wall of the building by professional painter. The alphabets of the script and the logo shall be very neat clean and print like finish. The hight of the alphabets shall be 6 to 8 and logo shall be in a Square frame of 1.5 feet side including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste from the place of work & cleaning the work area,etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & heights. 27 PART - A Civil works Providing and fixing,standard quality school Green Board ofsize 2.5 Mtr X 1.25Mtr, made out of 6mm thick green glass, with alluminium moulded frame of width not less than 20mm inclass room walls including fixing firmely using clamps / hooks, nails / screws, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder etc. complete all as per standardspecification/ manufacturersspecification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & heights.Note: Each board shall be labeled with paintor permenent stickers ofNPCIL Logo and scriptgiven by the Engineer- in-Charge 28 PART - A Civil works Applying single priming coat with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 g/L as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. 29 PART - A Civil works Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. 30 PART - A Civil works Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives with pure Acrylic Resin, UV resistant, dirt & pick up resistant, Alkali & Water resistant of required shade: New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 L/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 31 PART - A Civil works Providing , layingandfixingPUFF sheet of 30mm for roof panel baby ribbed finish on inner and outer in plain colour coated Galvalume sheet with free polyutherene foam as the core is ijected between two sheets with highly sophisticated computer controlled foaming machine.Thickness of top sheet should be 0.45mm+/-0.05% as per ISI standard. All civil works related to wiring installation such as chasing of walls for embedding PVC conduits and necessary rough plastering should be part of the laying work.
