Construction Of Thakurhiya (Fatepur Sangatam) Link Road - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 Cm. layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 meter lift and 30 meter lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be desposited as spoil blanks withen 30m. (100Ft) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing compected well graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader/tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared sruface, mixing by mix in place method with rortavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical specification clause 401.Including 1% Labour Cess. 3 Providing and laying G-2 i/c spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushible screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting, to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405.Including 1% Labour Cess. 4 Providing and laying G-3 i/c spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushible screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting, to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. Including 1% Labour Cess &cost of bitumen. 7 Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 Grade using bitumen pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. Including 1% Labour Cess &cost of bitumen. 8 Providing, laying and rolling open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregate using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means , including mixing in a suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn Static roller capacity, finised to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Including 1% Labour Cess &cost of bitumen. 9 Providing and laying ofseal coat by mechanical means with VG-10 Bulk bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type Cas per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including 1% Labour Cess &cost of bitumen. 10 Earth Work in road patri with ordinary soil including levelling,dressing, ramming complete work,t&p etc. 11 P/L of 350mm Dia Hume Pipe Culvert.Earth work in excavation In foundation parapet wall.
