Rental And Leasing Of Computers To Students And Schools, Sale Of Computers To Students. The Tenderer May Submit A Tender For All Lots, But Can Only Be Awarded 1 Lot. The Contracting Authority Will - In Application Of Article 58, Paragraph 2 Of The Public Procurement Act - Award A Maximum Of 1 Lot To The Same Tenderer. If Tenderers Submit A Tender For Multiple Lots, They Must Indicate In Their Tender The Order Of Preference Of The Lots They Prefer For Implementation. If The Application Of The Award Criteria Would Lead To The Award Of More Than 1 Lot To The Same Tenderer, The Order Of Preference As Indicated By The Tenderer Will Be Taken Into Account. The Tenderer Must Indicate His Order Of Preference In His Tender By Ranking The Lots In Order From Most Preferred To Least Preferred. The Previous Rule Regarding The Maximum Number Of Plots Per Tenderer Will No Longer Apply If This Would Result In No Tenderer Being Able To Be Chosen For A Plot.
