The Investment Is Planned On Plot No. 248/8. The Length Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Is Approximately 95 Meters And The Width Is Approximately 4 Meters2. The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Order Are Included In The Swz Together With Annexes, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) And The Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz).3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Including: Design Studies, Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Permits, Permits, Decisions And Approvals As Well As Carrying Out Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.
