Carrying Out Adaptation Works In Two Classrooms In The Building Of The Secondary School Complex No. 6. Queen Jadwiga In Piotrków Trybunalski (Rooms No. 42 And No. 43). Adaptation Works Include: 1) Internal Plastering, 2) Flooring, 3) Replacement Of Internal Doors, 4) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures And Building Equipment, 5) Installation Of Window Joinery. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Swz Part Ii. Equivalent Solutions: In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System.2. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To: 1) Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution, And Coordinating The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. The Works Are Performed At The Same Time And Are Interdependent, Which Ensures Consistency Of Implementation. 2) In The Event Of Division, The Execution Time Of The Works Would Be Unreasonably Extended, Which Would Result In An Increase In Investment Costs. 3) After Division Into Parts, There Would Be Excessive Fragmentation Of Responsibility Among Various Contractors, Which Would Consequently Result In A Threat To Pursuing Claims Under Guarantee Or Warranty. The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Do Not Restrict Competition And Ensure Equal Access For Entities From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector.
