1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of District Roads In The Namysłów District In The Years 2025-2026. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Individual Works Included In The Annex To The Offer Form Called Offer Cost Estimate (Price List) - Current Road Maintenance. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented And Accepted In Stages Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will On A Working Basis Determine And Order (In Writing, By Phone, Via E-Mail) The Stages (Scope Of Works To Be Performed) And The Deadlines For The Implementation Of Works On Individual Road Sections. Note: Elements Of Works Not Included In The Price List And Reported For Implementation By The Ordering Party Resulting From During Current Maintenance Works, Will Be Settled According To The Applicable Cost Estimation Principles Based On As-Built Measurements, Knr Expenditures, Average Price Of Equipment Work And The Average Price Of Materials From Sekocenbud For The Opole Voivodeship For Engineering Works And Sanitary Installations, Using Price Components (Kp, Kz, Z). As Part Of The Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads, The Contractor Will Carry Out Intervention Activities. The Contractor Undertakes To Obtain The Information Necessary To Properly Perform The Order. Implementation Conditions: The Amount Allocated For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Determined Annually Based On The Amount Of Budget Funds Adopted By The District Council. As Part Of The Current Road Maintenance, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Carry Out Intervention Activities , 2) Obtaining Information Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, 3) Ensuring Car And Pedestrian Communication Within The Work Site For Road Users And Facility Staff Adjacent, 4) Marking And Securing The Work Area Before Commencing Their Implementation And Maintaining The Marking And Securing The Area Throughout The Duration Of The Works (Securing The Construction Site At Its Own Cost, Included In Unit Prices), 5) Supplying, Installing And Operating All Temporary Safety Devices, I.E. .: Barriers, Signs, Warning Lights, Signals And Others For The Duration Of The Works, Thus Ensuring The Safety Of Road Users And Adjacent Facilities, 6) Performing The Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Working Conditions, Including For The Users Of Roads And Facilities (Possessing Knowledge And Applying It While Carrying Out Work, Applying All Regulations Regarding The Applicable Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Applicable Technical Standards), 7) Using Materials With Technical Certificates Or Approval Proving Their Quality In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Standards And Approval For Their Installation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Construction Law And Obtaining The Ordering Partys Confirmation Of Its Installation, 8) Providing Certificates And Approvals Fo
