1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Works On The Investment Project Entitled Revitalization Of The Historic Palace In Roźwienica. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Works In Question Will Be Carried Out In An Active Building, Because The Palace Building Houses The Commune Office, Therefore All Works Covered By The Order Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Office Can Function And The Complete Safety Of The Offices Employees And Parties Is Ensured. The Building In Which Construction And Conservation Works Will Be Carried Out Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. A-40 And Is Therefore Subject To Strict Conservation Protection. The Ordering Party Informs That Construction Works In The Historic Palace Building Have Been Carried Out Since 2019. So Far, The Following Has Been Carried Out: Replacement Of The Structure And Roof Covering, Façade Construction, Electrical Installations Have Been Partially Replaced And Central Heating Installations Have Been Replaced. 3. Scope Of Works: 1) The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb, And The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, And The List Of Construction And Conservation Works Indicates Which Of The Bill Of Quantities Items Should Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure. The Above Documents Are Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 2) The Scope Of Work Will Include Conservation Works Consisting In The Execution Of Construction Works Agreed And Approved By The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Which Will Include The Following At This Stage: - Renovation And Addition Of Internal Plasters, Stucco And Necessary Painting Works On The Ground Floor And First Floor Of The Building, - Renovation Of Wooden Oak Stairs, - Renovation Of Double-Leaf Panel Doors On The First And Ground Floor Of The Building, - Conservation Works On The Staircase Staircase And Terrace, Including Renovation Of Plasters And Painting Works, - Reconstruction Of Floors On The Ground Floor Of The Building, - Reconstruction Of Floors On The First Floor (Parquet Floors), - Modernization And Execution Of Necessary Works In The Field Of Internal Installations Aimed At Adapting The Historic Building To Its Function And Securing The Historic Palace .4. At The Stage Of Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of Work In Terms Of The Quantity And/Or Parameters Of These Works, Materials That Are Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities Or In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz. If The Ordering Party Resigns From Implementing The Subject Of The Contract In A Specific Part, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled Or Obliged To Perform The Part Of The Subject Of The Contract That Was Waived, And Its Remuneration Will Be Reduced, However, The Remaining Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Guarantee The Contractor A Level Of Contractual Remuneration Of At Least Pln 9
