1) The Subject Of The Study Is: Preparation Of The Draft General Plan Of The Polkowice Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As The Plan. 2) The Boundaries Of The Area Covered By The Draft Plan Are The Administrative Borders Of The Polkowice Commune. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Section 1 Includes: A) Preparation Of The Plan Along With A Detailed Land Balance For The Area, Excluding Closed Areas Other Than Those Determined By The Minister Responsible For Transport; B) Preparation Of A Justification For The Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Municipal Planning Act; C) Development Of Municipal Urban Planning Standards And, If Necessary, Standards Of Accessibility Of Social Infrastructure, Development Complementation Areas, Downtown Development Areas; D) Development Of Spatial Data Of The Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Planning Act; E) Participation In The Procedure For Preparing The Plan, Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Of The Planning Act, Including The Presentation Of The Plan At A Meeting Of The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission And The Preparation And Conduct Of Public Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of The Planning Act; F) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On The Provision Of Environmental Information, G) Preparing The Necessary Templates Of Planning Procedure Letters, H) Preparing Documentation Of Planning Works.
