The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System, Consisting In The Modernization Of Wet Changing Rooms For Women And Men At The Bosir Sports Swimming Pool At Ul. Włókiennicza In Białystok.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I - Execution Of All Necessary Design Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Opinions, In Particular: A) Preparation Of At Least 2 Concepts For The Arrangement And Design Of The Rooms, Which In The Graphic Part Will Include Projections, Cross-Sections, 3D Visualizations, B) Preparation Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, C) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works In The Industry Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Installations In Full Scope, Including Carrying Out The Necessary Acceptance And Approval For Use Of The Facility After Modernization In Accordance With The Approved Documentation, In Particular: A) Replacement Of Hpl Cabinets With Installation Of An Automatic Closing System, B) Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings, C) Painting The Remaining Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings, D) Replacing Buildings, Including Changing Room Cabins Made Of Hpl Boards, E) Replacing Doors And Frames, F) Replacing Radiators With Galvanized Ones,G) Replacement Of Electrical Equipment (Sockets, Switches),H) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Fixtures,I) Replacement Of Dryers And Mirrors,J) Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment (Washbasins, Compact Toilet Bowls And Shower Cabins) Along With With Fittings.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Completed Construction Works And Built-In Devices, Under Which It Is Obliged To Ensure Repairs And Replacement Of Damaged Or Worn Elements, As Well As Warranty Service Including Technical Inspections And Maintenance Throughout The Entire Warranty Period (All Costs Of The Warranty Service Are Borne By Performer).
