1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Finishing Construction Works In The Branch At Ul. Łódzka 64/81 In Gdańsk In The Scope Of, Among Others: General Construction Works, Electrical, Sanitary, Ventilation And Logical Installations. The Following Functions Are Planned In The Facility:1) Library: Library Room With A Separate Reception Desk And A Platform To Access The Shelves In The Upper Part.2) Facilities: Small Facilities With A Separate Sanitary Room For Customers.2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Premises Occupied By The Library Were Divided Into Two Zones, I.E. The Main Part Arranged As A Library Room And Facilities, Accessible From The Main Hall Through Four Door Openings. The Facilities Were Divided Into Public Areas, I.E. Sanitary And Office Areas, And Rooms With Limited Access, Such As A Staff Break Room And An Electrical Switchboard Room. The Back-Up Rooms Were Designed In A Way Typical For This Type Of Facilities, Using Standard Functional And Material Solutions. Individual Solutions Were Used In The Library Room, Abandoning Ready-Made Products (Shelves, Counters, Wardrobes) And Introducing Original Designs Of Basic Equipment. The Dominant Feature Of The Librarys Interior Is The Cubature Reception Separated By A Massive Counter Topped With A Cornice And Openwork, Lamella Walls. Additionally, The Central Part Of The Library Was Highlighted With Three Large Seats Topped With A Disturbing Form Of Roof. The Main Building Material Of Equipment Elements, Apart From Wood And Wood-Based Materials, Is Steel. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Including The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Basis For The Valuation Is The Design Documentation, The Bill Of Quantities Only Plays An Auxiliary Role In Preparing The Offer. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For At Least 24 Months. The Contractor May Extend The Warranty Period To 30 Or 36 Months. Extending The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
