The Subject Of The Order Is The Continuation Of Construction Works Including An Investment Task Called: Construction Of A Gymnasium With Facilities At The Primary School In Stróżna, To The Extent Described In Detail In The Attached Technical Documentation (Also Called Design Documentation), Along With Obtaining A Decision On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party. About The Investment Use Permit. The Designed Facility Will Complement The Possibilities Of Promoting Physical Culture Among Children And Youth. The Gymnasium With Facilities Will Serve As A School Sports Facility, Intended For The Primary School In Stróżna, Bobowa Commune. The Designed Gymnasium Building With Changing Room And Social Facilities Will Include: - Sports Room, - Coachs Locker Room, - Coachs Toilet, - Sports Equipment Warehouse, - Communication Space With Vestibules, - Sanitary Facilities For Disabled People, - Mens And Womens Locker Rooms With Sanitary Facilities, - Room For Cleaning Equipment, In The Sports Hall There Are Courts For Playing: - Basketball - Volleyball. The Designed Building Has 3 Entrances: - Through The Existing School Building, - Evacuation From The West Side Directly To The Sports Hall, - Evacuation From The West Side From The Corridor. The Designed Building Is A Building Without A Basement, With One Floor Above Ground Level, With A Simple And Subdued Architectural Form, Adapted To The Shape Of The Existing School Building, Creating With It A Harmonious Whole With A Harmonious Architectural Form And Facade Colors. The Building Will Be Constructed Using Traditional Brick Technology With Prefabricated And Reinforced Concrete Elements. The Roof Structure Will Consist Of Steel Truss Girders. The Roof Will Be Covered With A Sandwich Panel. Together With The Construction Of The Gymnasium, The Following Will Be Carried Out: - External Water Supply System From The Designed Building To The Existing Connection (Based On A Separate Study); - Reconstruction Of The External Sanitary Sewage System (Based On A Separate Study); - External Rainwater Drainage System (Based On A Separate Study); - Sidewalks And Parking Spaces For Vehicles, Including Vehicles Of Disabled People; The Detailed Scope And Technical Description Of The Order Implementation Is Presented In: Attached Formal Documentation - Legal, Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Quantity Measurements Of Completed Works, As Well As Bill Of Quantities For Works - Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz (Annex No. 9 - 13 To The Swz).
