1. Subject Of The Order Entitled: Construction Of A Deep Well For The Water Treatment Plant In Maryszewice: A) The Water Intake In Maryszewice Currently Consists Of Two Wells No. 2 And 3, Capturing Water From Quaternary - Pleistocene Formations. The Shot Was Taken In The Mid-1960S. The Current Intake Of Groundwater From The Intake Is 30 M3/H In Accordance With The Established Operational Resources. The Intake Supplies Water For The Social And Living Needs Of The Inhabitants Of Maryszewice, Wilkowice And Karolewka. B) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Additional Well No. 60 M3/H In Accordance With The Approved Decision Of The Starosta Of Leszno (Ref Os.Iv.6530.5.2024 Of June 11, 2024) Geological Works Project For Drilling An Additional Well No. 4 Along With Determining New Exploitation Resources Of The Municipal Groundwater Intake From Quaternary - Pleistocene Formations In The Town Of Maryszewice, Commune. Lipno. At The Design Stage, It Is Assumed That The Operational Resources Of The Intake Will Be Increased From 30.0 M3/H To 60 M3/H, Therefore, At The Design Stage, The Operational Capacity Of Additional Well No. 4 Is Determined At The Level Of 60 M3/H.C) The Order Provides For The Execution Of Works And Geological Works, Among Others, In The Following Scope: 1) Constructing An Additional Well With A Planned Depth Of 66.0 M By Carrying Out Drilling Works Using The Ship-Impact Tube In Protective Pipes Ø 508 Mm To A Depth Of 30.0 M Below Ground Level And Then In Ø 457 Mm Pipes To A Target Depth Of 66.0 M Below Ground Level. Pipes Ø 508 Mm After Filtering Will Be Removed From The Hole, And Pipes Ø 457 Mm After Filtering Will Be Pulled Up To A Depth Of 44.0 M Below Ground Level. And Left As An Exploitation Column; 2) Filtering The Aquifer With A Filter Column Made Of Threaded Pvc 280 Pn 12.5 Pipes According To The Pn-G 02323 Standard, Certified For Drinking Water, Equipped With Centralizers/Guides In Accordance With The Scope Presented In Section. No. Ii.2. And Annex No. 7 Of The Geological Works Project. The Actual Structure Of The Planned Hydrogeological Borehole, The Width Of The Slot Of The Active Part Of The Filter Column, The Well Mesh And The Type Of Backfill Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Actual Conditions And After Receiving The Results Of Granulometric Analyzes Of The Included Aquifer Layer, By The Geological And Investor Supervision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party; 3) Purification And Measurement Pumping Of The Well No. 4 – In Accordance With The Scope Presented In Chapter Ii.6 Of The Geological Works Project (Submersible Pump, Lifting Pipeline, Water Meter, Fire Hoses For Water Drainage On The Contractors Side); 4) If It Is Not Possible To Obtain The Designed Capacity Q = 60 M3/H From Well No. 4, Perform Team Pumping With The Remaining Wells, I.E. Perform Team Pumping Of Wells No. 2 And 4 And Wells No. 3 And 4 - In Accordance With The Scope Presented In Chapter Ii.6 Of The Geological Works Project;5) Carrying Out Phy
