The Offered Liquid Fuels Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2015.168 Of October 23, 2015) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 In Case Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws 2016/2008 Of 2016/12/14) Iii. The Subject Of The Order Specified In Point I Will Be Collected By The Ordering Party Successively, According To Its Needs. Iv. Ordered Quantities May Change Up Or Down By Up To 10%.
