The Authors Supervision Concerns The Task Of Building The Stryków Development Center Complex, Consisting Of A Kindergarten Building, A Primary School, A Community Center, A Sports Hall, Sports Fields With Accompanying Infrastructure, A Road Providing Access To All Its Parts With Parking Lots, Greenery And Elements Of Small Architecture .The Order Covers The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Coordination, Control And Supervision Of Construction Works, Including Possible Additional Works And Detailed Designs That May Be Created During Construction. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To To Verify Proposals And Concepts For The Implementation Of Works In Terms Of Compliance With The Developed Design Documentation, But Also In Terms Of Verifying Changes Proposed By Contractors And Resulting From Changes In Legal Regulations, Changes In Construction Technologies And The Needs For Optimization Of Construction And Future Needs For The Operation Of Construction Facilities By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Must Have The Legally Required Authorizations To Perform The Function Of Authors Supervision Over Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Referred To Above. . Construction Of The Stryków Development Center, I.E. Will Provide Authors Supervision In All Specialties Specified In The Task: 1) Coordinator Of A Team Of Authors Supervision Inspectors, With Unlimited Construction Qualifications In The Architectural Specialty, 2) Authors Supervision Inspectors In The Following Specialties: A) Construction And Construction Without Restrictions;B) Installation In The Scope Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices Without Restrictions;C) Installation In The Scope Of Networks, Installations And Devices Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Without Restrictions; D) Installation In The Field Of Telecommunications Networks, Installations And Devices Without Restrictions; E) Road Engineering Without Restrictions.3) In Connection With The Scope Of Authors Supervision Provided For In This Order, Coordinator Of The Team Of Authors Supervision Inspectors Or The Inspector/Inspectors Exercising Supervision Referred To In Point 2 Will Be/Will Be Present At The Construction Site Or At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party For 2 Days In Each Month. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Determine Which Of The Persons Indicated In Point 2 Requires The Presence In A Given Month As Part Of The Fulfillment Of The Obligation Constituting The Subject Of The Order.
