The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Subscription To A Collection Of Electronic Books In A Full-Text Version On The Online Platform To The Extent Specified In The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Subscription Period: 24 Months Number Of Users: 4000 The Order Concerns The Purchase Of A Subscription To Scientific Literature On The Full-Text Platform Where The There Are Peer-Reviewed Full-Text Publications, High-Quality Scientific, Technical And Medical Content Combined With A Unique, Intuitive Platform Functionality That Allows For Efficient Search For Information In A Given Area Scientific Field And Improving The Work Of Users. The Platform Should Provide Access To E-Books (Monographs), Reference Works, Guides, Textbooks And Book Series. E-Books, As An Irreplaceable Source Of Scientific Information, Serve Researchers, Students And Educators In A Given Field, Offering Expert Content On Historical And Latest Scientific Research, While Connecting Them Using Dynamic Hyperlinks. E-Books On The Platform Should Meet The Demand For Access To Scientific Content On Mobile Devices With The Option Of Downloading This Content As Full-Text Chapters In Pdf And Html Formats. The Ordered Literature Should Be Available As Part Of The Collection. Collections Are The Best Access Solution For Modern Scientists Engaged In Interdisciplinary Research And Having Diversified Needs In Terms Of The Type Of Scientific Publications. Collections Should Provide Cross-Sectional Access To All Vintages And Types Of Book Publications Within A Specific Scientific Field, From Archival Literature To The Latest Literature. The Number Of Books Included In The Collections Below Has Been Defined As: Not Less Than Because During The Subscription Period, Newly Published Titles Should Be Added To The Platform And Available To Users.
