The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Entitled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Selected Rooms Of School Complex No. 3 And The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of Disabled People As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Improvement Of The Educational Infrastructure Of The School Complex No. 3 In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski The Task Is To Develop Complete Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Selected Rooms Of Zs No. 3 As Well As The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of Disabled People, Along With Obtaining A Final Decision. On Building Permits And Authors Supervision.2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Following Documents, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz, Taking Into Account The Widest Scope Of Works Included In Any Of These Documents: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3. The Planned Investment Will Be Implemented In The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, Ostrowiec County, In The City Of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Ul. Sandomierska 2, 27 - 400 Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski – Plot No. 2/6. The Investment Task Entitled: Improvement Of The Educational Infrastructure Of The School Complex No. 3 In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, For Which The Development Of Project Documentation Will Be Commissioned As Part Of The Public Procurement In Question, Is Planned To Be Implemented With Co-Financing From The Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyski For 2021- 2027, Action 5.1 - Educational Infrastructure (Project Type: Infrastructure For Education And Training Vocational And Adult Education) As Part Of The Completed Call For Applications No. Fesw.05.01-Iz.00-001/24.4. The Project In Question Involves The Renovation/Reconstruction Of Classrooms In The School Complex No. 3 For The Purposes Of Practical Vocational Training, Along With The Purchase Of The Necessary Equipment To Guarantee High Quality Of Education, And The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building With The Construction Of An Elevator Shaft. 5. Due To The Fact That The Project In Question Involves Adapting Selected Classrooms To The Needs Of Disabled People, Including: By Installing Pvc Flooring And Replacing Door Joinery (E.G. Adapting The Width Of Entrances To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Eliminating Thresholds - If Applicable), As Well As Building An Elevator For People With Disabilities, Construction Works Under The Project Should Be Designed In Accordance With The Principle Of Universal Design. 6. The Actual Scope Of Works Will Result From The Documentation Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Order Execution. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation Of The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit And Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.
