1. Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery And Implementation Of Anti-Virus Software With Edr As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Basic Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Software In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, Clearly Indicating That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, If The Contractor Proposes An Equivalent Product In Its Offer, The List Must Include The Name Of The Product (Type, Manufacturer, Model) And A Detailed Technical Description Of The Offered Substitute, Including Its Technical Parameters.4. The Offered Products Must Be Brand New, Must Come From A Legal Distribution Channel, The Use Of Used Products Is Excluded.
