It Is An Advantage If The Municipality Or The Private Owner Is Also Informed About Processes Such As Development Work With Competence Packages. In Development Work, It Is Important To Take The Kindergartens Point Of View And Need For Competence Development As A Starting Point. The Work Must Be Led, Preferably By The Director, So It Is Important That The Package Has Process And Management Support.
