The Following Parallel Tenders Must Be Delivered: Tender A: Operation Of The Fast Ferry Connections Langevåg-Ålesund (Langevågsruta) And Hareid-Valderøy-Ålesund (Hareidruta) - Hereafter Called Route Area. Offer B: Operation Of The Fast Ferry Connections Langevåg-Ålesund (Langevågsruta) Hareid-Ålesund (Hareidruta Direct) - Hereinafter Called Route Area. The Contract Period Is From The Conclusion Of The Contract To And Including 31.12.2040. The Operating Period Is 01.01.2027-31.12.2040 .The Competition Is Conducted As A Competition With Negotiation.The Contract Between Principal And Operator Will Be Based On The Main Principles Of A Gross Contract, Which, Among Other Things, Means That All Ticket Revenue Accrues To The Principal. The Operator Will Receive A Fixed Contractual Remuneration For The Execution Of The Assignment.
