Construction Work – Jan Opletal Track Construction, Kranichova 1433/8, 710 00 Slezská Ostrava. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of A New Dormitory Building For The Accommodation Of Students And Guests Of The University Of Ostrava, Which Will Stand On The Site Of One Of The Existing Tracts Of The University Of Ostravas Dormitories. The Building Of The Existing Dormitories Consists Of Two Outer Pavilions A And B Used For Student Accommodation And The Central Tract C, Which Is Connected To Pavilions A And B By Connecting Necks. The Building Of Pavilion C Is Intended For Demolition And A New Building Will Be Built In Its Place, Which Will Be Realized As A Parallel Tract With The Existing Pavilions A And B. The New Dormitory Facility Is Designed In The Shape Of The Letter H In Plan. The Outermost Two Parallel Wings, Designated As Pavilion C And Pavilion D, Are Designed As Five Floors And Are Oriented Parallel To The Existing Pavilions A And B. The Fourth And Fifth Floors Above Ground Are Designed To Recede With Outdoor Terraces. Between Pavilions C And D Is Inserted A Central Two-Story Section, Designated As Pavilion E. The Connection Of The New Building With The Existing Pavilions A And B Will Be Solved By Means Of Connecting Necks, Similar To What Is The Case Today. An Underground Parking Lot With Access From Kranichova Street Will Be Implemented Under The Newly Built Building Of The University Dormitories. The Planned Capacity Is 152 Parking Spaces. The Construction Of The New Pavilions C, D And E Is Conditional On The Realization Of The Re-Laying Of The Networks And Modifications Of The Existing Buildings A And B, Which Are Part Of This Public Order. The Entire Implementation Of The Work Will Be Carried Out During The Operation Of The Existing Dormitory Accommodation Blocks. Part Of The Building Construction Is Also The Development Of Implementation And Workshop Documentation And The Delivery Of All Documents, Certificates, Revisions And Tests And The Development Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution.
