The Subject Of The Contract Will Be The Carrying Out Of Ordinary Repairs And Maintenance In The Premises Managed By The Public Contracting Authority For The Duration Of The Specific Contract Announced Through The Established Dns, Which Will Consist Of Ordinary Building Maintenance Of Objects, In Particular Locksmith And Plumbing And Heating Works, Sewerage Repairs, Insulation Work, And Related Construction Repairs, Minor Construction Repairs Consisting Of Masonry Work, Repairs To Plaster, Partitions, Floors, Tiling And Paving, Waterproofing, Repairs After Breakdowns In Utility Networks And Distribution Systems, Repairs After Leaks, Painting And Painting Work, Putting Non-Residential Premises Into Usable Condition, Other Works (Glazing, Carpentry, Interior Equipment Repairs), Roofing And Tinkering, Roof Repairs Ceramic Shingles, Sheet Metal (Zinc, Lakoplast, Copper), Asphalt Shingles And Strips Including Supporting Structures And Downspouts, Cleaning Roofs And Drains, Carpentry Work, Gas Installation Work, Supply, Installation And Connection Of Electrical Equipment Related To Construction Modifications, Including Low-Current Equipment And Their Distribution, Repair, Maintenance And Replacement Of Building Opening Fillings, Electrical Installation Work And Other Minor Construction Work, Including The Removal Of Sudden Emergency, Failure Conditions On Objects.
