Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Passed Through An Open Tender Procedure In Application Of Articles R2124-2, R2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. The Contract Is Concluded With No Minimum And A Maximum Of 1.2 Million Euro(S) Excluding Tax Per Year. Non-Allotment Purchase: Non-Allotment Is Justified By The Need For The Irt And The Selected Service Provider To Optimize Investments In Order To Make Savings In Terms Of Manufacturing And Purchasing. The Cost Of Manufacturing Can Be Smoothed Over The Duration Of The Market. Non-Allotment Will Allow, On The One Hand, To Have A Better Profitability Of Investments (In Terms Of Equipment, Furniture And Others) And To Limit The Energy Impact On The Other Hand. Non-Allotment Will Therefore Make It Possible To Maintain Overall Consistency In Terms Of Strategic Positioning, As Well As Control Of Costs And Budgets Which Could Be Increased Due To A Plurality Of Contacts/Service Providers.
