Tenders are invited for Supply of Food Items (Non Provision) Closing Date: 03rd January, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢300.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: SUPPLY OF FOOD ITEMS (NON PROVISION) Additional Information: 1. The St. Louis College of Education intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreements (FWAs) concluded through this IFT Primary Procurement process. 2. The St. Louis College of Education now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for 3. Supply of DOMESTIC food products, DOMESTIC FOOD ITEMS, FOOD PRODUCT (NON PROVISION), MERCHANTILE FOOD PRODUCT, including estimated quantities over the Term of the Framework Agreement(s). 4. The selection of an FWA Suppliers to be awarded a Call-off Contract will be done through a PRIMARY Procurement process as defined in the Framework Agreement. However, the conclusion of a Framework Agreement shall not impose any obligation on the Procurement Entity to procure Goods under a Call-off Contract. Tenderers may submit Tenders for one or more lots or packages. 5. The Framework Agreements shall be concluded for a Term of THREE (3) years, from the commencement date stated in the Framework Agreement. 6. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender document during office hours of 09:00am to 4:30pm at the address given below. 7. The Eligibility requirements include: i. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate iii. VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable) iv. Valid Business Registration Certificate v. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA vi. Completed Tender Securing Declaration 8. The Tender document may be procured by interested Tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH300.00. The method of payment will be CASH PAYABLE TO COLLEGE ACCOUNTS OFFICE 9. Tender submission: Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before FRIDAY, THE 3RD JANUARY, 2025. At 10:00am. Late tender submission will be rejected. 10. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on FRIDAY, 3RD JANUARY, 2025 at 10:00am.
