Tenders are invited for Preliminary Mission within the Framework of the Dimensioning of the Future Drawing down of the Water Table. Instructions - Bidders must: 1. Complete the Service Provider Contact Details and Bank Details sections below. 2. Complete the Price column of the fee schedule (see Section A) and, if applicable, complete the financial annex. 3. Submit the Commitment Document (see Section B) in the electronic procurement platform (e-procurement), along with any other supporting documents. The Contractor and the Council of Europe will only sign the Commitment Document once the contract has been awarded. Bidders are therefore not required to sign the Commitment Document when submitting their bid. The exclusion, eligibility and award criteria cannot be modified. Any rectification issued shall form part of the procurement documents and shall be promptly published and/or disseminated by the same means of communication as the initial call for tenders. Where the amendments to the procurement documents are significant, the Council of Europe shall extend the deadline for submission of tenders in order to give potential tenderers a reasonable period of time to take the rectifications into account when preparing their tenders.
