The Purpose Of The Competition Is To Conclude Framework Agreements With Up To 3 Companies For The Use Of The Scaffolding Rental Service. On The Basis Of Framework Agreements, Scaffolding Is Ordered On An Ongoing Basis According To The Needs Of The Supplier, Including Consumables, Transport And Delivery Services, Assembly And Disassembly Services. The Subject Of The Agreement Is Not Related To The Activities Of The Network Sector Listed In § 146-147 Of The Rhs. The Competition Procedure Is Carried Out In Accordance With Võs § 1009-§ 1013 And The Relevant Legislation And Instructions Prepared By The Competition Organizer And Other Basic Documents.
