A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Given In Appendix No. 4 (Technical Specification Of Services) Calls For Tenders And Procurement Documentation And In The Draft Contract For The Provision Of It Services, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Calls For Tenders And Procurement Documentation.
